The Full Story

Amanah is led by a founder team with 65+ years of combined experience in regulatory reporting, data governance, and financial services transformation — including direct delivery experience at Tier 1 banks and hands-on GCC regulatory domain expertise.

 

Our founding team brings together:

  • A CEO with 20+ years in financial services data leadership, regulatory data governance, and control frameworks.

  • A CTO with 15+ years in global banking and financial services, regulatory reporting and risk change, and scalable implementation and operating model design.

  • A CPO (UAE-based) with 20+ years in global banking and regulatory reporting, having led regional regulatory transformation programmes.

  • A COO/CCO (UAE-based) with 10+ years in global banking regulatory, risk and assurance experience, and prudential reporting specialism.

 

We are practitioners, not outsiders — a team that has lived the regulatory compliance challenge from the inside, and built Amanah to solve it. We connected through a shared mindset: a commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and a genuine desire to create meaningful value.

Over the years, we have repeatedly seen the same data governance challenges across banks and financial institutions — fragmented ownership, over-complex tooling, high costs, and solutions that work in theory but not in practice. We decided to address this gap by creating a data governance platform designed specifically for the real needs of banks.

Our ambition is to combine proven best practices with modern technologies, blending them into a pragmatic, business-friendly solution that actually helps people do their jobs better. We focus on clarity, usability, and outcomes — not complexity for its own sake.

We operate in a lean, fully remote model, deliberately keeping our structure simple and efficient. By minimising overhead and focusing on what truly matters, we stay cost-effective and flexible, allowing us to direct our energy where it creates the most value: delivering practical, high-quality solutions for our users.
